Covenant Control & Architectural Submittals
Highlands Ranch and the Highlands Ranch Golf Club community are covenant controlled communities. Any changes desired to the exterior of your home including landscaping must be submitted for approval by both organizations before any work may begin. The Highlands Ranch Golf Club HOA takes pride in being a leader in developing a green and environmentally conscious community. Electronic communication is used for a large portion of information about activities and information in our community.
