In order to participate in the direct debit program, your assessment account cannot have a credit or a balance due. The "Authorization Form" will not be accepted if any changes are made by the applicant. All forms with any alterations will be returned for re-submittal, no exceptions. Depending on when you would like to start the direct debit program, the Direct Debit Authorization Form must be returned to the Assessment Office by the following dates:
- Mid December for January assessment payment
- Mid June for July assessment payment
The Authorization Form may be submitted by placing them in the Assessment Drop Boxes at any of the four recreation centers or mail to: HRCA, Attn.
