Direct Debit ACH Information

In order to participate in the direct debit program, your assessment account cannot have a credit or a balance due. The "Authorization Form" will not be accepted if any changes are made by the applicant. All forms with any alterations will be returned for re-submittal, no exceptions. You may print the .pdf document linked on this page.

Depending on when you would like to start the direct debit program, the Direct Debit Authorization Form must be returned to the Assessment Office by the following dates:

  • Mid December for January assessment payment
  • Mid June for July assessment payment


The Authorization Form may be submitted by placing them in the Assessment Drop Boxes at any of the four recreation centers or mail to: HRCA, Attn.
