Results of Community Survey

Thanks to everyone who participated (almost 20% of HOA members).  Please click on the link to view the results of the feedback from members.  The HRGCA BOD will use this information in development of future activities in the community.

Also congratulations to the four lucky members, who by responding to the survey, have received a Visa $25 gift card. Larry & Katherine Willette, Scott & Stacey Guiles, Brandon & Lesli Dumler and Chris & Nancy Paap.

Future surveys will continue to seek feedback from the community.  Thanks everyone and please contact Diane Ball at dball@hrcaonline.org if there are questions regarding the survey results.

Homeowner Information

The Homeowners Association of Highlands Ranch Golf Club, Inc. has the responsibility to ensure all common area lighting, trees, landscaping, and monument signs are well maintained in this first class 18 hole golf club community. The Association also assists in homeowner communication about events which affect the community and the surrounding area through this website, a quarterly newsletter and emails sent to homeowners.  The community is located off Lucent Blvd and Town Center Drive (link for map)

The Association is a subassociation within the Highlands Ranch Community Association for covenant control concerns. For covenant and architectural questions visit the HRGCA Covenant and Architectural Information section for more information.

Highlands Ranch Community Association provides property management for the Association. You may email the Property Manager, Diane Ball or call 303-471-8935.

The 2010 HRGCA Board of Directors always welcomes members to attend.  Visit the Events Section for upcoming meeting dates. Interested in volunteering or have additional questions? Please contact Diane Ball.

Pets

A maximum of four (4) dogs or cats or a combination of four of these animals are permitted per house.  Douglas County Ordinance O-992-011.

Questions and complaints regarding dangerous animals, number of animals, condition of animals, barking or other disturbances should be directed to Douglas County Animal Control
at 303.660.7529.  For urgent complaints that need to be handled 24 hours a day, call 303.660.7500

It has been noted that a number of homeowners are not cleaning up the "calling cards" left by their canine friends.  In regard to these "poop problems", this not only creates unsightly messes and odors, but also causes damage to sod and other potential health hazards.  HRGCA strictly enforces this policy and individuals who are found to be in violation will be fined.  Please help make Highlands Ranch a safe, attractive environment by cleaning up after your pet!

Barking dogs can be another problem in HRCA neighborhoods.  Please help avoid neighbor conflicts by being aware that your dog may be getting on your neighbors last nerve when he barks or howls for long periods.
